There is a heart in which coziness, hospitality and warmth live - just like the smell of freshly baked bread and the breath of meadow flowers. This apron was created for such a heart - for Daina, the mistress of Digiņu.
An apron is not just a practical tool in the kitchen. It is a small token of gratitude and respect for the mistress, who creates coziness with her own hands, patience and sincerity.
I chose a grayish linen fabric because it is natural, calm and stands the test of time - just like the mistress herself. I sewed cotton lace to the apron - a delicate, feminine touch that gives a bit of ancient romance. The pockets of the apron are decorated with embroidery with meadow flowers - in different colors, but at the same time harmonious. Each flower symbolizes the joy of life and strength that lives in Daina. On the chest - the words "Digiņu mistress Daina", embroidered with care and love. The twist of each letter is a tribute to hard work and warmth of heart.
The embroidered apron was made as a gift for an anniversary, but it carries much more with it — a story about a sincere hostess, about work that brings joy, and about hands that create beauty with love.
And if you also have an idea for a special gift or beauty for your kitchen, I will help you create it with love — an apron, towel, or other accessory that keeps warmth and a story. 🌾
